Account: Meridian Cold Chain (ACC-1003)
Opportunity: OPP-3003, Meridian Cold Chain, Pilot
Date: 2026-08-14
Attendees: Dana Whitfield (us), Theodore Nwosu (Interim Head of Supply Chain)

DANA: Thanks for making time. I had this on the calendar with Curtis, so I want
to make sure I understand the change before we go further.

THEODORE: Curtis left about six weeks ago. I picked up supply chain on an interim
basis while they run the search. So, full transparency, I am not the person who
started this evaluation and I have not seen most of the history.

DANA: That is useful to know. Where does the pilot stand from your side?

THEODORE: Honestly, I do not know that it stands anywhere. Nobody has mentioned
it to me. I found it in a folder. There is no budget line I can point to for it
this fiscal year, and I would not be the one to approve it anyway.

DANA: Who would be, in the interim structure?

THEODORE: Yolanda, our COO. But I would not go to her cold on this. She has
frozen most discretionary spend until the permanent hire is in place. That is
the honest picture.

DANA: What would have to be true for this to become live again?

THEODORE: A permanent head of supply chain who wants it, or a cost problem big
enough that Yolanda goes looking. Right now we have neither. I do not want to
waste your time.

DANA: I appreciate that. Can I check back after the search closes?

THEODORE: Yes, that is fair. I would guess November. And look, off the record,
between us, the reason Curtis left was not great and there is a lot of noise
internally about how that whole team was run. So do not be surprised if this
looks different in three months.

DANA: Understood, and thank you for the context. I will follow up in November.
